Residential Coordinator / Dispatcher

We are currently looking for a Residential Installation Coordinator. This person will be responsible for dispatching and tracking the status of all residential installations.

Major Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Serves as a liaison between Field Technicians, NOC, and Customer Service to meet operational needs, including the customer experience.
  • To ensure orders are fulfilled on time by routing workflow and providing support to Field Service Department and contractors.
  • Handles in-bound/out-bound calls for both internal and external customers and provides exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain compliance with process, procedures and guidelines for residential installations.  Ensure that all customer interactions are effectively and efficiently processed and documented for reference and qualitative/quantitative analysis.
  • Help manage the residential repair process
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned


  • PC skills including MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational skills and follow-up skills
  • Ability to show judgement and initiative and to accomplish job duties.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization effectively.
  • Ability to demonstrate responsibility by receiving, assimilating, and recording information accurately and to respond correctly and efficiently.
  • Must be able to use various electronic devices for in-bound and out-bound communication while providing exceptional customer service (e.g. email, phone, text, and in-person skills)
  • Ability to work with others to resolve problems, handle requests and or difficult situations.
  • Must be able to multi-task in a high stress environment


  • 3-5 years of telecommunications experience
  • Dispatch experience
